Sheringham History Group (SHG) Members Data

The Group: SHG collects and holds a limited amount of data on the members. This is intended purely to facilitate communication between SHG and member.
Only data that is relevant and adequate is collected and held securely in electronic format, accessible solely by the Membership Secretary of the Group.

If membership lapses by more than one year the relevant entry will be removed from the records.

Member: You have, as a member, the right to be informed of the data SHG holds on you, and to access, rectify and erase it if circumstances so require.

Data will not be passed on to third parties, or sold for marketing purposes.

Please keep the Membership Secretary informed of any changes, for example in address, phone or contact details.
